How we charge
Most projects begin hourly. AI and automation work is exploratory by nature — the first task always reveals the next one — so charging by the hour at the start keeps things fair: you pay for real work, not a padded package, and you can stop or change direction whenever you like. It also means we can begin quickly, without a lengthy scoping phase before anything useful happens.
Once we both understand the shape of the work, we switch to a fixed price for that scope. You get a clear number and a defined deliverable, and any new ideas that come up along the way — and they always do — are quoted separately rather than quietly expanding the bill. That keeps a project from turning into a never-ending story.
For ongoing work — SEO, content, monitoring and improvements — a simple monthly retainer usually makes the most sense. You get a set amount of senior time each month, priced and reviewed openly.

Every quote depends on scope — how many systems we connect to, how much content or design is involved, and how much needs to run reliably in production. Small automations and single AI workflows are genuinely low-commitment. Full builds — a custom AI solution, an online shop, a website or a mobile app — are larger, fixed-scope projects. We're happy to give you an honest ballpark on the first call so nothing is a mystery.
